The Firefly ball python was first produced in 2007. It is a striking morph that`s produced by breeding a Fire and Pastel. This breeding should produce an equal number of normals, Pastels, Fires, and Fireflys.
The Firefly ball python has jet black markings over an intense neon yellow body. Unlike some other morphs, Firefly`s actually get better looking as they age. The yellow just keeps getting brighter and more intense.
The Fire completely cleaned up the Pastel and gave us a truly stunning animal. This combo really demonstrates the hidden potential of the Fire gene. This is one morph that really needs to be seen in person to be fully appreciated.
