The clown ball python displays both color and pattern mutations. Clowns are bright gold with some burnt orange outlining and a brown back. Their heads have abberant patterns, similar to spiders. However, clowns head patterns are made up of orange and brown, and are usually brighter and more colorful than a spider’s head pattern.
