We do not touch up any of these photos. At most, we rotate, crop and resize them.

Winter Shipping Update: We need to have temps at or above 40 F, in Oregon, your destination, and whichever shipping hub the animals may be traveling through.
The animals safety is our number one concern. During this extended wait we may accept longer than usual payment plans to ease your pain. We can also make use of this time and switch your animal over to pre-killed food upon request.
We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, anywhere in the continental USA. It is possible that some days will not be available for shipping, due to holidays or personal scheduling conflicts. Priority overnight shipping is around $50-$60 per package, on hatchlings.
Shipping on larger animals, and/or to the east coast may be more. We can combine shipping on multiple animals. The overall value of the animal(s) can also affect the total as well, due to insurance. It should not happen, but if the shipping is calculated incorrectly, an adjustment may be required before shipping can commence, but you may cancel your order if you do not agree to the adjustment.
We are authorized live reptile shippers with FedEx, but sometimes ship using 3rd party agent.
We can usually add a hatchling to an existing order without additional shipping charges. A second hatchling can be added to an existing package, for a small adjustment in charges.
Sometimes deposits can be taken on a particular to hold it for a short period of time. Typical deposits are 20% non-refundable for up to 3 weeks, and 25% non-refundable for up to 6 weeks (a minimum of $40 deposit on each animal.) Arrangements need to be made per-purchase, and prior to purchase.
Refunds prior to shipping are possible in cases of buyers remorse, but are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. (20% of animal, not including shipping charges.)
The price for each Product is shown on the Website. Sales tax will be added at checkout as appropriate and in accordance with local regulations.
We always try to make sure that the prices on the website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the items in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
You will be notified of shipping costs automatically before you submit your credit card information, based on the shipping address you specify. Once in a while an adjustment in shipping may be needed to complete the order. If this is the case we will contact you directly, and you will have the choice to either cover the difference, or a full refund.
Promotion or sale prices are only available for a limited time, and cannot be offered on prior purchases.
Prices displayed on the Website are quoted in US Dollars.
Live arrival can only be guaranteed when temperatures, in-route, are between 40 and 90 degrees. Someone MUST contact us within 30 minutes of the delivery, so we can be assured the animal is indoors, and out of the heat or cold. If the package is delayed by the carrier, our guarantee still applies!
We also guarantee the sexing of our animals, for up to 45 days after shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and if payment has been made, an immediate refund will be granted.
